We’re partnering exclusively with Unity Sourcing and Roasting because they have something for everyone, but more importantly, we trust their sourcing, roasting, consistency, transparency, and willingness to meet people where they’re at on our respective coffee journeys. We’ll always have two coffees on our batch brewers, including a delicious daily drinker and exciting single origins. In a growing landscape of less coffee on menus at cafes, our traditional espresso drinks remain our focus, although we have several (seasonal) signature drinks and barista creations in the works. We encourage everyone to ask us about the coffees we serve, and someone will be happy to share more details.
Tea and Misc.
We offer a variety of non-coffee drinks including a ceremonial grade matcha, house iced tea, and several hot tea varieties from Offshore Tea. We make several syrups in house, including our lemon-lime syrup which we use in our espresso tonic and sparkling lemon-limeade. We also serve ready-to-drink rotating kombuchas from local kombucha makers, Fine Feathers.
Food
We currently serve a variety of pastries from Colossus Bread (daily) and retail baguettes and levain (Friday – Sunday). We also serve vegan donuts from Caffeinated Kitchen. Expect to see jambon beurre, local fermented pickles, and a simple but hearty breakfast and brunch menu soon.
