Dedo Coffee is an intimate hi-fi listening cafe in the Wrigley neighborhood of Long Beach, California. Our space captures the experience of listening and tasting through a deeply intentional ambience, and attention to detail in all our designs, from custom seating and millwork to the locally sourced record cabinet and plant installation. In addition to our focus on carefully and equitably sourced coffee from a local roaster, we share an eclectic collection of music on our hi-fi system and host occasional curated listening events. Instead of algorithmic playlists, we predominantly feature full albums across genres. Our space and menu are intended to balance simplicity with quality while giving everyone an opportunity to focus on the built environment for a moment.
